Very satisfied with my 2 orders on Rosegal. Everything suits me perfectly and the models are very pretty. The quality is the same after washing ! The package arrived faster than expected. Big thumbs up for their swimsuits ?

I ordered a 1X outfit (top & bottom). They sent me a 2X top and a small bottom, I asked for them to replace it, they wouldn't, I paid through PayPal just in case this was a scam site. I asked for a return, they wanted me to pay shipping to return it, I had already paid shipping and insurance, I don't know what the insurance was for? I asked them to send me a pre-paid label and I would gladly send the items back for a refund, they refused. I sent the issue through PayPal, they initially asked for me to accept $10 for an outfit that I paid almost $40 for, I refused, I told PayPal all I wanted was a pre-paid label and I would send it back, the final outcome with PayPal was they dismissed my case, so I have a 2X Christmas top and small bottom if anyone would like them. This is a company is in China and they are a total SCAM and now I am having thoughts about PayPal. BUYER BEWARE!

It only took a year, but, my delivery finally came! Had tried to get in contact several months ago, wasn't able to reach anyone. But hey, better late than never?

Stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. I wouldn't even waste your time looking at the website.

I bought some festive outfits for the Christmas season and I am highly impressed with them all. They have high quality fabric, stretchy and comfortable and very plus size friendly. I’ll happily recommend them to any of my friends or family that are plus size and are looking for affordable and stylish clothes.

Great affordable alternative items, pay close attention to size guides! Lots of choice and delivery isn't too bad considering it is coming from oversees.

I absolutely love Rosegal. I ordered five outfits and they all fit amazing. As a Plus Size lady, it is hard to find clothing that fit and also very fashionable. Shipping was super fast and everything is made with top notch material. I highly recommend Rosegal!!!!!!

Huge Rosegal fan! I am Plus Size and it can be hard to find cool and funky affordable clothing in my size! From jackets to dresses and jeans -Rosegal has something for every style! Love love love them!

Check the size guides and you can't go wrong! Good clothes, decent price, yes they take a while to arrive but the shipping policy says they will. Some lovely items.

Scam site I ordered exact same item twice. Didn't receive it, didn't get my refund, didn't get tracking info on the second one, then all of a sudden as im writing this the and i put in my ticket over the refund and putting image proof it all of a sudden was there instead of the $nan and no history. Btw when it was shipping the dates would keep changing every time you look at it

I ordered seven items and was extremely shocked at the quality if I'm honest, it was a lot better than expected. I only disliked one item and that's due to me being short.

I love the brand. They have a wide variety of things and a wide range of sizes. The quality of the clothes is fabulous. I would buy it again and again. In addition, the customer service is exquisite.

Took a chance a few months ago and bought a dress. I loved it so much that since then I have probably purchased around 15 additional items that cost/alternative range is amazing. I honestly think it’s the best place to go to if you want to buy alternative clothing.

With regards to the sizing, I find it is quite accurate I always order my normal dress size. A lot of the materials are high. Stretch always good to read the product description before ordering.

I ordered from them for Halloween and a gift for my daughter. I made sure my address was correct before ordering. I dont know how the last number of my zip code got deleted and a Raleigh zip code added too. Because of this I believe my order was returned to customs in CA. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and Rosegal customer service said my request for refund was denied because its not their responsibility that my address was incorrect.
